Two Weekends in Seattle

I love Seattle! We try to get over there once every few months to do shopping and just have fun over there but summertime is my favorite time to make a day trip over there! This summer we planned two Saturdays over there! They were meant to be a few weeks apart but we have to rearrange our plans and they ended up being back to back! How fun is that! I didn't want to have the days we spent over there to be too late in the summer because it's always a lot of walking which is getting harder for me to do haha! I'm glad I did that because I was wiped after both days and don't think I could have done it if I was any bigger haha😊

Last weekend we spent the day shopping and eating yummy food. I love pikes place market, there is nothing better than walking around there and seeing all the cool stuff people are selling. The fresh fruit and fish are always so beautiful to look at too! It was fun this year because all the shopping we did was for our little guy. Normally I go over to Seattle to shop for Kelsey or myself but this year it was all about the babe. It was so fun and we got some super cute and unique things for him! One of which were these knitted hats I've had my eyes on well before I knew we were expecting. I was so excited to be able to go to her shop and actually buy the hats this time!!

This weekend we went to an M's game. I will be honest and say I'm not a huge fan or anything and I don't follow them to see how they are doing, BUT I do loving going to a pro baseball game from time to time. It is just fun to go and take part of the atmosphere that a game has to offer and I enjoy watching a baseball game every now and then. But let's be honest, the best part is the food! I'm all about food these days haha. I love the hot dogs, kettle corn, fries... Pretty much you name and it tastes so much better because it's at a baseball game. This year my dad got called out of town last minute but we weren't going to let that keep him from going! Flat Randy came to the rescue and filled in for the real Randy. Let me just say flat Rand really enjoyed himself today & we had fun with him too!

Less than 10 weeks now till we can welcome our sweet baby boy into the world and I could not be more excited!!!

4th Fun!

I have to admit the 4th of July is not a favorite holiday of mine. The loud fireworks scare my pups... Mostly Kirby which makes it no fun. However I never pass up a day off for Kelsey to have some fun! We got together with my family and some friends and had a BBQ yesterday. It was fun to get together with friends and enjoy the holiday. It was fun and relaxing.. Just the way I like! We didn't do fireworks because of our dogs but I'm not a huge firework fan so I don't mind. I was very appreciative of the cooler whether in hopes to cool my house off some!

Of course I didn't get a single picture of anything yesterday. I am so so so bad at taking pictures. That was one of the major reason I got a camera to try and motivate me to take more pictures. My life probably looks so boring because I hardly post any pictures. I am always out doing something it just never crosses my mind to snap a pic! It doesn't help that I have a husband who hates pics. Anyways I hope with the rest of our summer plans to get more pics in and when our sweet boy arrives it will give me more of a reason to take pictures. I'm sure it will since he will be adorable!!
