SIX Months

I'm sorry but I just had to. At least one of the first year pics had to be of him crying right?!! Happy SIX months to my baby boy! We love you so stinking much. Its hard to believe it has already been half a year with you, we have loved every second. Here are some fun things about this guy this month:

+ love Mickey Mouse clubhouse. It cures all sadness

+ loves the outdoors

+  6-12 month clothes and we are moving to size 3 diapers today

+ has a huge head in the 91 percentile 😂😂

+ loves to play & especially loves to play with blankets and stuffed animals. Is this my kid or what?!!

+ Can scoot himself around a small area

+ loves his bath time and splashes like nobody's business

+ ADORES his puppies. Whenever they come near him he gets a huge smile and sticks out his hand for them to lick him. Then he proceeds to grab their ears. They still love him for the most part:) 

+ pretty happy all the time. 

+ still obsessed with his solid foods

+ doesn't like super loud noises or being surprised too often. It scares him

This boy makes my heart skip a beat every time I see him and he makes our world go round!

FIVE MONTHS

This fun loving boy is 5 months old and just so so much fun! He comes more into his personality everyday and I love watching him grow. Being his mama is just the best thing ever! Here are the fun things we have learned about him this month:

+ LOVES to eat. Up until a month or so ago he liked to eat but wasn't too obsessed with it. Now he wants to eat all day everyday, especially solid foods

+ Started eating solid foods and loves pretty much all of it. His favs are bananas & peas but this boy won't say no to anything

+ Can turn himself around in a circle on his tummy & scoot himself a little to get to me if I am close. He is not a fan of rolling over. He only does it sometimes. Most of the time when he is about to roll over he pushes himself back on his tummy which he doesn't hate being on anymore... YAY!

+ Going through a clingy phase. He wants me to hold him a lot and mostly me. This past week or so he has seemed to moving in the right direction to get past that though... YAY!

+ Pretty good sleeper still. But has now added an extra feeding at around 12. It's okay though, extra time I get to spend with him:)

+ Ticklish and is so easy to get to laugh or smile. It's so much fun to play with him

+ Wears 3-6 months clothes but ever since his obsession with food has started he has been growing like a weed and is almost out of them already 😱

+ Loves when daddy comes home from work! Kelsey is such a good daddy

+ Rubs his eyes when he is tired and love to rub his monster blankey on his face. He has to have when he goes to sleep. I love it. I always wanted my babies to attached to a blanket.

Our little Linc is growing up so fast! It is so sad BUT SO fun at the same time! I look forward to the new thing he is going to do each day. We could stay home all day in our jimmies which used to make me go nuts but now they are my favorite days and I soak up each jammie day I get with my babe!

FOUR Months

4 Months ago when I held Linc in my arms for the first time if you told me I would love him much more 4 months later I would have said you had no idea what your talking about. I fall more in love with my little guy every single day. So I'm sure 4 more months from now my love for him will just be that much more! He is so funny and Kelsey and I just think he is the cutest. If you were to come to my house most of the time you would see Kelsey on one side of him, me on the other, K & B licking his hands and Grandma & Grandpa huddled over him. This boy is SO loved over here! Here's some fun things about Linc this month:

+ talks all the time! By talking I really mean growling

+ is a pro at rolling from his tummy to back & SO close to back to tummy

+no more swaddled. He had a few rough nights sleeping, okay let's face it, they were terrible, he seemed annoyed by the swaddled so the next night I tried just laying him in his crib and bam out like a light and back to my amazing sleeper

+transfered into his crib in his room. We took the bassinet down this weekend and our room looked empty!

+ DROOLS like nobody's business & is obsessed with his hands

+still a mama's boy. 

+has this little snuggle monster that he loves. It's so cute to see him when I pull it out for him. He starts to giggle

+moved up to 3-6 months clothes just a week ago and they are already getting snug... say what?!?!

+loves to play. He loves to sit with anyone of us and just play, play, play

+still loathes tummy time. I think thats why he has mastered rolling so he can get off his tummy sooner 

+really getting interested in his toys 

We love our little guy so stinking much. I love staying at home with him everyday. He has become my little buddy. We have dance parties, play & watch movies together all day everyday. I think it's safe to say were all obsessed with this little guy over here! 

CHRISTMAS DAY

Christmas was just so magical this year. I know that Lincoln was only 3 months old but it was still so magical. It was so fun on Christmas Eve for Kelsey and I to play Santa for the first time this year. Kelsey has a tradition in his family to blow up balloons all over the living room on Christmas Eve & we did that this year which was so fun.

On Christmas Eve we spent the day down at his mom's like we always do on Christmas Eve. We came home and opened our Christmas jammie's and it was to have Lincoln get his first pair! Christmas morning was so special to bring Linc down. He loved just staring at the tree and the wrapping paper. We helped him opened his presents. He fell asleep while opening some of his presents it was so funny! Anyways, we had such a fun day as a family! I was sad for Christmas to be over but now on to the new year & new goals. So far we are doing great on our goals. This is the farthest I have ever made it on actually sticking to my goals😊
